Loss: In the morning fix
yourself a Whey protein drink with vitamins and

tastes like a chocolate, vanilla, or banana
milkshake!). Put milk in the
blender, add 2 scoops of the powder protein and a banana. For
lunch have a salad with chicken, or fish. Or, if you are at
home then have some home-made soup. At 6:00 mix some of the
same powder protein in non-fat vanilla yogart. At 7:00 eat an
apple or 2. By 8:00 you will not feel that hungry, but if you
are hungry have your salad first.
The Second Step Secret to Weight
Loss: Do not eat three hours before you go to bed. This
means that if you plan on going to bed at 11pm, the last item
of food that you will eat that night will be no later than
8pm. To help you in this process try brushing your teeth at
8pm to remind yourself that you are done eating for the day. I
know this sounds too easy to result in major weight loss, but

Loss: While watching
television, have a work out routine for about 1 hour each day.
