FIVE STEPS TO WEIGHT LOSS!


These are the only weight loss secrets you will ever need to know!

Do you struggle with stubborn weight gain around your belly, hips, and thighs? If you do, you are not alone. Most adults complain about their weight, and only a very small percentage of the population would describe themselves as satisfied with their bodies. Are we all destined to spend our days embarrassed and ashamed of our physiques? I don’t think so! The secret to easy weight loss is out there, and I am going to share it with you.

The First Step Secret to Weight Loss: In the morning fix yourself a Whey protein drink with vitamins and minerals (which by the way, tastes like a chocolate, vanilla, or banana milkshake!). Put milk in the blender, add 2 scoops of the powder protein and a banana. For lunch have a salad with chicken, or fish. Or, if you are at home then have some home-made soup. At 6:00 mix some of the same powder protein in non-fat vanilla yogart. At 7:00 eat an apple or 2. By 8:00 you will not feel that hungry, but if you are hungry have your salad first.

The Second Step Secret to Weight Loss: Do not eat three hours before you go to bed. This means that if you plan on going to bed at 11pm, the last item of food that you will eat that night will be no later than 8pm. To help you in this process try brushing your teeth at 8pm to remind yourself that you are done eating for the day. I know this sounds too easy to result in major weight loss, but after doing this for 30 days you will find yourself laughing as you celebrate your newfound weight loss!

The Third Step Secret to Weight Loss: While watching television, have a work out routine for about 1 hour each day.

The Fourth Step Secret to Weight Loss: About 2 hours before going to bed, take HGH PM which will passively help you to loose fat and help you to get a good nights rest which is helpful to loosing weight in and of itself.
