Does Your Health Suffer from
Back Pain, Sciatic Nerve Damage or Injury to Your Spine? Read this
article for back pain relief.
Take care of your health and gain relief from the
intense back pain through daily psychological pain management and
going to see a chiropractor, having acupuncture treatments,
Japanese, Chinese and Korean acupressure, doing daily yoga, daily
hot and cold water therapy – jucuzzi, spa treatments, daily
praying to God, and taking certain herbs daily to try to heal
the affected areas naturally. Listen daily to the Innervision PR
System ‘Mind Gear’, which is a sophisticated audio/visual
synchronizer.
Light and sound machines produce changes in brain wave
activity through a process called entrainment. These devices entrain
the mind with controlled flashes of light and pulsating sounds
designed to stimulate the body’s two largest senses at specific
frequencies which the brain then mirrors. By stimulating the two
largest senses in controlled patterns and at specific frequencies,
these machines impact the neural activity of the brain. In this way,
these devices are able to facilitate beneficial changes in brain
wave activity and their corresponding mind states. Unlike
biofeedback, which requires the active participation of the user,
light and sound technology offers a safe and passive way to achieve
profound states of consciousness. As can be seen by the death of Christopher Reeves, who died
of spinal cord injuries at the age of 50, there is very little that
any traditional Doctor or Hospital can do to help a patient who
suffers from spinal injury.
An Eastern or Western Doctor
who specializes in spinal cord injuries and sciatica nerve damage
will suggest the same type of treatments as listed below.
I have been studying and
practicing Alternative medicine, Homeopathy and Naturopathology on
myself for years. Unlike many pharmaceutical drugs, the flower
remedies/essences/ herbs aren’t habit forming and do not cause side
effects; they can be taken as long as needed. I do it to try to keep
my overall emotional and physical health.
Due to anxiety and stress,
many people are going through sleep deprivation which then leads
to chronic fatigue syndrome. If you suffer from fever,
sore throat, muscle pain, sore lymph nodes, nausea and
depression, become dizzy, and have difficulty concentrating, it has
weakened your immune system. Your hair may start falling out, your
teeth may crack in half and you may develop bleeding sores on your
lips which have to be surgically removed. Due to anxiety
you may break out in a cold sweat, you may be freezing, you may have
severe pain in the chest and abdomen. Neck and back pain may run
down your arms and legs.
Damage to the sciatica nerve and the spinal cord causes
pain to radiate from your buttocks down the back of the leg to the
knee and sometimes all the way to your feet. The following is a list
of things to do to help heal yourself:
1.Practice daily psychological pain
management
2.Chiropractor
3.Acupuncture treatments
4. Daily massage based on Japanese, Chinese
and Korean acupressure methods
5. Do daily yoga. When you are depressed do
poses that are known to help this such as the dancer, windmill, knee
squeeze, and lion pose. These poses help with blood circulation.
6. Do daily hot and cold water
Hydrotherapy
7. Take a jucuzzi or whirlpool bath daily and
position the jets on the affected areas and use therapeutic bath
salts, essential oils of flowers and herbs and incense such as
powdered frankincense and ground myrrh. The hot immersion baths are
used to strengthen your immune system. This process, called
hyperthermia, increases the number of white blood cells in the
bloodstream and improves their movement. Hot treatments also draw
more blood to the surface of the skin, where immune system cells are
stationed. These cells fortify the blood with disease-fighting
proteins, including interferon, interleukin-1 and
interleukin-2.
8.Practice aromatherapy daily. To relax, rub
lavender on the back of your neck which increases alpha waves in the
back of the head which are associated with relaxation. When you feel
tired and totally worn out mentally and physically use jasmine which
increases beta waves in the front of the head, which are associated
with a more alert state. Use the essential oil peppermint for your
stomach aches caused by the daily pain, stress, and anxiety.
9. Take certain herbs daily to try to heal
the affected areas naturally ( the list is below)
10. Wear a
neck and shoulder magnet pad daily and insert magnet pads in your
shoes
11. Listen
daily to the Innervision PR System ‘Mind Gear’, which is a
sophisticated audio/visual synchronizer machine.
12.Practice daily
visualization, practice subliminal suggestions, and self-hypnosis.
13.Practice
Ayurveda (a 5,000 year old approach to health from India– it not
only clears up symptoms and cures disease but also restructures the
content of a person’s consciousness so that one can be aware of the
essential nature and meaning of life. It is based on the formula
similar to quantum physics – all matter is nothing but a dense
version of energy and light. And this energy or light is an eternal
substance that never dies but that constantly changes into many
forms. This energy or light is alive and intelligent and the Divine
Life Force and Creative Intelligence are also the essential nature
of the individual – and that realizing this essential nature is the
purpose of life. Dr. Deepak Chopra, M.D. is a person who practices
and writes books on Ayurveda.
14. Apply
daily pastes on the affected joints, muscles, and on your back, neck
and shoulders which consist of 1 part of Epsom salt and 2 parts of
turmeric and let it set for about 20 minutes to an hour.
15. Do sound
therapy by listening daily to CD’s which were formulated to reduce
stress, anxiety, pain, and induce sleep.
16. Drink
daily calming teas for the stomach such as: peppermint,
chamomile, ginger. Also drink certain teas to help you fall asleep
such as: valerian. Drink gotu kola and ginkgo tea for
depression and feverfew for migraine head aches. Drink ginseng to
help you stay mentally alert. Drink green tea which is an
anti-oxidant. Drink lemon balm tea which is a natural relaxant.
17. Do Juice
Therapy
18. Do
daily Food Therapy and practice detoxification diets which consists
of eating soluble fiber fresh fruits, legumes and beans, garlic and
onions, and oatmeal which helps rid the body of toxins, rebalances
abnormal yeasts, bacteria and parasites. It also inhibits the
absorption of dietary fat so eat these when you consume chicken or
fish. Then do an insoluble fiber diet consisting of steamed
vegetables, raw vegetables, such as watercress, spinach, arugula,
broccoli, and cream of wheat.
19. Use
flower remedy/essence therapy, an emergency stress relief formula, a
blend of five remedies for use in everyday stress and emergency
situations: Rockrose, Clematis, and Impatiens, Cherry Plum, and
Star-of-Bethlehem. It will be of assistance in
stabilizing emotional stress caused by the physical
systems. It is taken directly from the bottle by placing four drops
under the tongue. It is also applied topically to the injured areas.
20. Practice
daily esoteric acupuncture
21.Do reflexology
by working the throat reflex points on your feet and using a golf
ball on your hands to work the adrenal glands and throat points. Do
foot reflexology: on one day work the solar plexus, diaphragm,
chest, lung, shoulder, arm, neck, heart, pancreas and thyroid and
adrenal gland reflex points as well as all of the points on the tops
and bottoms of the toes, paying special attention to the brain and
pituitary gland. On another day work the shoulder/arm, neck and
throat points. Also work the breast and thymus points on the feet.
This will also help depression.
22. Practice
daily meditation by “anchoring in the positive light frequencies.”
This is accomplished by visualizing a beam of light of any color
streaming into your body, via the Crown Chakra region, then holding
this frequency within the physical and finer body
systems.
23.Pray to God
daily.
24. Read
books to learn the techniques mentioned.
25. Purchase
a machine to practice cymatic therapy. This produces vibrations from
sound waves that have a direct impact on the individual muscles,
joints and spine that were affected. Since body parts are made up of
atoms, they all produce sound waves. Since the stress has altered
these sound waves, this therapy machine helps restore natural
rhythms and encourage and support healing.
26. After
taking a hot jucuzzi bath begin a massage which consists of sliding
2 tennis balls into a sock, tying off the open end of the sock so
that the balls are touching each other. Then lie on the floor. Place
them under the small of your back, one ball on each side of your
spine. Take a deep breath and let your body relax into the balls.
Then rock your hips gently from side to side. Then adjust your body
so that the balls move up your back a few inches. Take a deep
breath. Stay with each position until you feel a sense of relief in
each spot. It takes about 15 minutes to work the balls up and down
the spine.
27.Do progressive
relaxation techniques by systematically tightening and releasing
muscles.
28. Drink
water activated with charcoal when you have a stomach-ache.
A list of the herbs that you can take daily are:

Do you have vivid nightmares, intense anger of a brutal
attack? The images are formed as a result of electro-chemical
reactions in the limbic system, a portion of the brain that
processes emotions such as pleasure, pain, fright, and anger. As
these images arise in the limbic system, they are interpreted by the
cerebral cortex, which is involved in higher brain functions such as
reasoning and memory. The limbic system is also connected by nerves
to the hypothalamus, a portion of the brain that regulates body
temperature, heart rate, hunger, thirst, sleeping and sexual
arousal, and to the pituitary gland, which oversees all of one’s
hormones.
So after an image forms in the limbic system and is
deciphered by the cerebral cortex, the hypothalamus and pituitary
gland scramble into action, causing physiological reactions
throughout the body.
Both day and night, you may consciously or unconsciously
remember the attack and your brain triggers the release of nerve
impulses, chemicals and hormones from the hypothalamus and pituitary
gland that affects every one of your cells. In return the cells send
signals back to your brain that make the experience seem more vivid
and cause your mind to release more chemicals to sustain that image.
Your heart starts to palpitate, your breathing becomes more shallow,
your palms get sweaty, your hands get cold, and your muscles are
always tense. So the image is having a real physiological effect.
You are producing adrenaline, which keeps your body on constant
alert. Although you practice imagery daily to try to heal yourself,
you cannot seem to forget. All 7 of your chakras have been disrupted
caused by stress, the daily pain, and the emotional upheaval within
you.
You experience daily feelings of anger, frustration,
depression and painful memories, and you are in a state of shock and
grief, and are unable to relax caused by your total lack of
control over your life. Because of this your body senses
danger daily which produces adrenaline and the hormone
norepinephrine, which speeds up your heart and sends more blood to
your muscles.
You may have panic attacks which consist of periods of
intense fear, terror, a feeling of impending doom, a feeling of
being in severe shock and a feeling of helplessness. This anxiety
then leads to chronic physical symptoms, including headaches,
dizziness, breathlessness, chest pains and stomach, intestinal
problems, shaking, fainting. A constant daily anxiety, a sinking
feeling that something terrible is about to happen all over
again. Some days you may no even go outside for fear of
people. You may then develop Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome. The
systems are depression, feelings of alienation, nightmares,
flashbacks, and insomnia. Stress reduction is an essential part of
recovery from Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome but since you may be
forced to defend yourself from the malicious actions the systems may
get worse.
You must be able to clear your mind to heal yourself. That is
the key. You must be able to heal yourself. Pain killers are
addictive by nature. They do not cure, they simply temporarily mask
the pain and then cause other major side effects. Try learning and
practicing the methods mentioned.
